1967 Ferrari 275 GTB/4 N.A.R.T. Spyder conversion s/n 10473. One of only fifteen NART Spyder conversions built. Documented ownership history from new. One owner for twenty–five years. Conversion done by Mike McCluskey of Cobra restoration fame with factory–quality metalwork. Superb Ferrari red paint with black leather with light grey carpets. Part of a large collection. Excellent chrome trim, excellent Borrani wire wheels and very good Michelin XWX tires. Has the original tool roll and tools. Nicely detailed engine bay. Ready to go and in excellent condition. Matching numbers, of course.

History

S/n 10473 GT. Identified as 275 GTB/4. Destinazione Cossio, Italy. Assembly sequence no. 243, body no. 0246. Fitted with p/w. (H. Raab “Ferrari Serial Numbers Part I, 2nd ed.”). Now a 275 GTB/4 NART spyder conversion. New in Grigio Notte 106–E–28 with a Rosso 3171 interior.

1967, July, chassis sent to Carrozzeria Scaglietti in Modena.

1967, October, engine assembly completed.

1967, October, Factory completion date.

1967, October, delivered to first owner, Cossio, Udine, Italy.

1968, 24 Sept., serviced at the Factory Assistenza Clienti, Viale Trento Triese 31, Modena. Work order #550 G, Factory delivbery note #2682, odometer showing 39,023 kms, Italian plates UD 1500 15.

1968, 28 Sept., serviced at the Factory Assistenza Clienti, Viale Trento Triese 31, Modena. Work order #560 G, Factory delivery note #2688, odometer showing 40,225 kms, Italian plates UD 1500 15.

1970, exported from Italy to the US.

1975, owned by Robert Gingold, Great Neck, New York.

1980s, sold to Walt McCune, Los Angeles.

1985, sold to current owner, southern California.

1980’s, late, converted by Mike McCluskey of Cobra restoration fame. Superb metalwork and paintwork. Dark red with black leather. Engine and suspension done by Bruno Bori, Modena Sports Cars. In a large collection and primarlily used as a chase car, Colorado Grand.

1991, September, at the Colorado Grand.

1993, 20–25 Sept., at the Colorado Grand.

1994, 20–23 Sept., at the Colorado Grand.

1995, 19–23 Sept., at the Colorado Grand.

1996, engine done by Mike Dopudja, Denver, Colorado. 275 GTB/4 NART Spyder conversion s/n 10473 had dropped a valve while being driven by an official of the Colorado Highway Patrol.
