We are pleased to offer 1972 USA model 365 GTC/4 s/n 15665. This high chassis number 365 GTC/4 is finished in very nice Rosso Chiaro red over an unusually straight body and fitted with an all–new and very elegant tan leather interior with unmarked black carpets, a classic color combination. Also has all–new mouse–fur on the dash and console and the steering wheel has been expertly re–covered for a total cost of $12,000. Has a well–documented ownership history going back to the early 1970s.

The car makes excellent power with no smoke and has excellent oil pressure. The suspension is soft and compliant, and the brakes stop the car effectively and evenly. Second gear synchro is good, both when warm and cold. This is a wonderfully driving car, and thanks to Factory power steering, all the controls are light to the touch and operate harmoniously. Perhaps no Ferrari of the era achieved such a pleasant balance between performance and luxury, combined with the wonderful Ferrari V–12 exhaust note, as did the 365 GTC/4. The car sits on beautiful, Borrani wires with “near–new” Michelin XWX tires.

365 GTC/4 s/n 15665 comes with the full set of books, the jack and jack bag and a nice and more valuable earlier model tool roll and tool set. Also comes with an original “period correct” Becker Mexico radio.
