1984 Ferrari 512 BBi Serial Number 48725
Sold

We are pleased to offer 1984 Ferrari 512 BBi s/n 48725. This 512 BBi has had one fastidious owner for eighteen years, is amazingly well maintained and well documented and is fully serviced and ready to go. It is in Euro-spec as Enzo intended and does not have the usual ugly Federalized bumpers, side markers, power killing catalysts or smog equipment. Because it is twenty-eight years old it is totally exempt from the dreaded EPA and DOT regulations. Finished in truly superb black paint to a much higher-than-new standard, on a mirror-straight body without the semi-gloss black “Boxer bottom.” Has an extremely nice black leather interior with black insert stripes and an “as-new” dash without the shrinkage so common on Boxers. Has “as-new” Michelin 240/55 VR 415 TRX tires.
This pampered Boxer has always been extremely well maintained and detailed, it features a highly detailed and better-than-new engine compartment and under front hood detailing. It has recently completed an engine-out cam belt and fluid service by Rathmann Auto Works, Inc., Poway, CA and needs nothing. Has the owner’s manual and the correct thin spare. Comes with a fifty-page loose-leaf binder documenting all service records over the last eighteen years. We know this Boxer well as we sold it to the current owner in April, only five months ago. At 6′2″ and 240 lbs it’s too tight for the current owner and again available with only 31,791 miles.
512 BBi s/n 48725 is a “Pride of Ownership” Ferrari. Has the original Pioneer radio, Pioneer booster and Pioneer door speakers. With a full set of books, pouch and tools this Boxer should bring home the tin at your next Ferrari Owner’s Club meet. We welcome a detailed pre-purchase inspection. The injected Boxers are exceptionally strong in the bottom end and are much faster than a Daytona at 1/3 the price and so priced right at $119,500.
