We are pleased to offer 550 GT s/n 107633, one of four 550 GTs built by Italtecnica and the only 550 GT to race in the FIA GT Championship (2001), the American Le Mans Series (2002–2003), and Nations Cup GT Championship (2004). The Italtecnica 550 GT or “Millennio” features a 600 hp 6–litre V–12 putting power to the ground through a six–speed sequential Hewland transaxle and an F1 style braking system. 550 GT s/n 107633 weighs only 2,450 pounds and features a fully carbon fiber body with a re–profiled front end, a deep front spoiler and wide and flowing fender flairs to cover the huge OZ Racing wheels. 550 GT s/n 107633 did well in the 2001 FIA GT Championship in Europe, with consecutive top 3rd to 7th place finishes and for 2002 moved to the American Le Mans Series. The ALMS GTS regulations allowed more extensive changes and only the street car’s block, heads, the main frame and tub were retained. 550 GT s/n 107633 scored four podium finishes in the 2002 ALMS season and six top five and two podium finishes in 2003. Sponsored by Olive Garden and finished in a vivid green paint scheme, 550 GT s/n 107633 was beaten only by the works Corvette C5–Rs, and was usually the “best of the rest”, consistently beating the Vipers and Saleens. 550 GT s/n 107633 then went on to the Australian Nations Cup GT Championship, dominating the series with two 2nds and a 1st place finish.

The “Olive Garden” 550 GTS s/n 107633 is now offered with a substantial spares package including three spare engines, two gearboxes, multiple sets of wheels, molds, etc. and all of the CAD/CAM software with drawings.

With a well sorted and proven race history, and with the restrictor plate removed, this 550 GT racer would be the ultimate Ferrari club track day racer!
