We are pleased to offer 2012 Mercedes SLS AMG GT3 s/n 00090, a state-of-the-art, factory backed, factory built and factory supported, carbon fiber bodied, Gullwing door evolution of the SLS AMG Coupé, built to FIA GT3, American Le Mans and World Challenge regulations. Introduced at the 2010 New York International Auto Show and again in 2010 at the Pebble Beach Concourse D′elegance, the SLS AMG redefines the standards for a modern FIA GT3 race car. Factory fitted with a staggering array of user-friendly features including air conditioning for driver comfort, a dash mounted GPS giving the driver GPS track positioning and lap times, a rear mounted, sequential six-speed paddle-shift gearbox and driver adjustable springs, shock absorbers, suspension height, traction control and more. The driver’s seat features a built-in HANS (Head and Neck Support) system in a high-strength carbon-fibre (CFRP) safety cell, surrounded by a steel roll cage and a full fire system. The SLS AMG GT3 is cooled and fueled by beautifully-crafted carbon-fiber ducts and diffusers, intakes, slats, strakes, spoilers and vents, all mounted in the carbon fiber body over an aluminum space frame chassis.

The FIA GT3 Championship is the battle ground for Ferrari’s 458 GT3, Audi’s R8 LMS, the Porsche 997 GT3, Corvette Z06 GT3, Lamborghini Gallardo GT3 and more. Performance is equalized via the use of engine-air restrictors and/or ballast. The AMG 6.2-liter V-8 makes 600 horsepower and weighs in at just under 3000 pounds, putting the power to the ground through a lightweight, forged aluminum suspension and forged aluminum, center-lock 18-inch wheels wrapped in racing slicks. Onboard air jacks make for serious pit stops or the “way-cool” delight of weekend warriors. The SLS AMG GT3 offers the ultimate in a weapons-grade track car for the serious warrior in the FIA GT3, American Le Mans and World Challenge Series or an “as-new” state-of-the-art race car that will last a lifetime as a club racer.

Priced new at approximately $515k USD (based on the current exchange rate), SLS AMG GT3 s/n 00090 is race-ready and comes with a large ($110k) USD spares package, please e-mail for the detailed parts inventory. SLS AMG GT3 s/n 00090 is “as-new” and can be setup for two seats with all belts, allowing the skilled driver to terrify friends and family at private track events. From new in black carbon fiber, s/n 00090 was raced in a black carbon fiber wrap and so has no damage, no stone chips, no scratches. Only 1,200 kms from new, one owner, never crashed, meticulously maintained and campaigned in only three races in the World Challenge Series.
